Are there moving trucks available to use?
The Arizona Storage Company is an authorized Budget Truck Rental Dealer.  With the large fleet of Phoenix-area Budget Trucks available to us, we have the perfect truck for your move.  Whether you're moving locally or one-way, we can service your truck needs. Contact us prior to your move date and we can help you determine the size truck appropriate for your moving needs.  We will then reserve the truck for you, ensuring it is available at the date and time you require.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products from The Arizona Storage Company?
Yes. The Arizona Storage Company's Virtual Packing Store offers virtually any and all boxes and supplies you may need for your project.  Contact us prior to your move and we will supply you with all of your packing needs.

Do you have moving carts and dollies available?
Yes.  The Arizona Storage Company has "push carts" and dollies that can be used free of charge. If you find yourself renting a unit and need a push cart or dolly, please let the Store Manager know and they will be happy to assist you.

Do you have video cameras?
Yes.  The Arizona Storage Company uses video cameras as part of our state-of-the-art security system. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
 
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
Yes.  With each storage unit rental, The Arizona Storage Company provides you with a stainless steel disc lock, providing you with the most secure lock on the market - free of charge.  

Do you offer ATV/Jetski/car/motorcycle storage?
The Arizona Storage Company offers storage units large enough for your ATV's, JetSki's, motorcycles, trailers and excess vehicles. 

What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs, truck rental or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour gate access.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within a building and will require you to go inside to access your unit. All units are accessible only after gaining access through the gate.

What kind of security do you have?
The Arizona Storage Company takes great pride in protecting your belongings and provides state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, individual door alarms and stainless steel disc locks. 

What are the payment terms?
The Arizona Storage Company strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you can pay online.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.

Can I pay my bills online?
Yes, paying your bill online is available through the account login.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5 to 12x30.
